铌钛多芯复合超导线接头的特种焊研究

【摘要】 铌钛多芯复合超导线的焊接是各种超导磁体制造的关键技术之一。本文从铜基铌钛多芯复合超导线的结构特征出发,对超导线接头进行了储能焊试验和测试,使用本校开发的特种对焊机和焊接工艺技术,成功地焊制出了一批超导线对接接头,其性能达到了国外同类接头的水平。该工艺方法可靠,设备简单,接头性能优良,适合于现场焊接、具有实用和推广价值。

【Abstract】 Welding of Nb-Ti multifilamentary superconducting wire is one of thekey techniques for making various superconducting magnets. Based on the cons-tructional characteristic of Nb-Ti multifilamentary superconducting wire withcopper matrix, the experiments and measurements of stored energy welding aremade in this paper, the butt welded joints of superconducting wire are madesuccessfully by use of a special butt welding device and welding technique de-veloped at Xi’an Jiaotong University. The properties of these joints come upto the advanced standards. This process shows a lot of distinguished characteristics: more reliablewelding technique, simple in equipment and high quality welded joints. It canbe applied io side welding and will be of great value in practice and popula-rization.
