【摘要】 本文通过体内外实验观察了吸烟对家兔肺巨噬细胞溶酶体酸性磷酸酶的影响。结果表明:体外香烟烟雾凝聚物具有直接抑制肺巨噬细胞溶酶体酸性磷酸酶活性的作用(1mg组P<0.01),而慢性香烟烟雾吸入会导致肺巨噬细胞溶酶体酸性磷酸酶活性的升高(P<0.01)。溶酶体酸性磷酸酶释放的明显增加是引起肺损伤导致肺气肿的重要环节。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of smoking in vivo and in vitro on lysosomal acid phosphatase of the rabbit pulmonary macrophages was studied. The results showed that the smoke condensates appeared directly to inhibit the activity of lysosomal acid phosphatase of the pulmonary macrophage (1 mg group, P<0.01) and the chronic smoke inhalation might enhance the activity of lysosomal acid phosphatase of the pulmonary macrophage ( P<0.01 ) , Furthermore, the marked increases of the release of lysosomal enzymes might be important mediators of pulmonary damage leading to pulmonary emphysema.更多还原
