【摘要】 本文介绍变温光电法自动测量MIS结构势垒高度,并提出一种处理信号的平衡追踪方法.

【Abstract】 A new microcomputerized measurement system designed by the authors is described that is based on the changetemperature —photoelectric method (CIPE), to allow the calculation of the barrier height for MIS structures. In addition, balance—tracking principle for the signal processiag is developed.
