【摘要】 本文提出了一种系统级故障诊断方法,讨论了构造被测系统图模型的优化原则.把对系统的故障诊断问题化为求其图模型中某两点间所有路径和其图模型划分的图论问题.通过定义一种Z运算,给出求有向图中任二点间所有路径的算法.对完全测试集的生成和诊断方法作了尽详细地分析和论证.并给出例题说明整个过程.更多还原

【Abstract】 A method of systematic lever fault diagnosis, whioh is one of the important fields in diagnosis theory and its goal is to diagnos the faults of the system,is prese nted in this paper,With the development of LSI/VLSI,it shows more and more important.in this paper,we first discuss the optimiz ation rules for tested system modeling,and then transform the problem into finding all paths between the two nodes in graph model and partitioning the graph model.We present a algorihm for finding all paths between any two no desin a graph by defining a Z-oper -ation.We also discuss the generation of completeteating set and method of diagnosis in detail.And some example illustrated the process of diagnosis are given lastly.更多还原
