不同煅烧方法的水泥熟料形成动力学研究

【摘要】 为了节省能源,改进水泥熟料的烧成方法,本文研究了快速升温煅烧(快速煅烧)与仿回转窑煅烧(普通煅烧)。并从动力学角度比较这两种方法的优劣。结果表明快速煅烧法的熟料形成活化能大大低于普通煅烧法。为了探讨其原因,将水泥熟料的主要原料石灰石进行同样方式的煅烧,分析其产物石灰的结构,发现快速煅烧与普通煅烧相比产生的石灰,晶体结构松散,晶格常数大,晶格缺陷多,石灰的颗粒微细,反应活性大,故而熟料的形成活化能低。

【Abstract】 For improving the method of burning of cement clinker to saving en ergy, two methods of clinkering were studied: one was a burning method with rapid rising temperature (rapid burning method); the other was a burning method simulated to rotary kiln (ordinary burning method) , They were comparied by the kinetic point of view. The result shows that the activation energy of clinker formation of rapid burning method is much lower than that of the ordinary burning method, For revealing the reason, the limestone as a main material is studi- ed. Limestone is burnt by two methods as before and the structure of the product CaO is detected. It is found that the structure of CaO pr- oducing by rapid burning method as comparied with that of the ordinary method is much loose with a greater lattice constant, much crystal defects and smaller particle sizes. Thus CaO appears more active and it ca- uses a lower activation energy of clinker formation by rapid burning method,
