MgO∶Ni2+多晶的反射光谱研究
Study of MgO∶Ni2+ Polycrystalline Reflectance Spectra
【摘要】 本文用反射光谱法测得了 MgO∶Ni2+和 MgO 粉末多晶样品中 Ni2+离子和表面色心的萤光谱。并用“比较法获得了 Ni2+离子从基态3A2(?)到各激发态的一级跃迁吸收率谱及从第一激发态3T2(?)到高激发态的二级跃迁吸收率谱,实验数据与配位场理论的计算值相符。
【Abstract】 The luminescence spectra of Ni2+ ion and surface colour centers in MgO∶Ni2+and MgO polycrystalline powder samples were obtained by reflectance spectra.BothNi2+ ion’s first transitional absorption coefficient spectrum from ground state 3A2(?)to various excited states and secondary transitional absorption coefficient spectrumfrom the first excited state 3T2(?) to higher excited states were obtained by using“comparison method”.The experimental results coincide with the results calculatedaccording to the Ligand field theory.
