脉冲法测压电振子切变模机电耦合系数k15
Pulse Response Measurement of the Shear Mode Electromechanical Coupling Factor of Piezoelectric Resonators
【摘要】 本文讨论了切变模压电振子的脉冲响应电压,该电压包括一个按指数衰减的脉冲电压和一个衰减振荡电压,前者是由振子的夹持电容和电路中的电阻产生的,后者是由振子的压电效应产生的。当外加激励的脉宽和电路电阻为适应值时,压电振子的响应电压中振荡幅度只与它的机电耦合系数 k15有关,从而提出了一个测试压电振子的切变模机电耦合系数 k15的新方法,该方法所需的设备简单、测试迅速、结果准确,用本方法与泛音比方法对一些样品进行测试,结果很接近。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the pulse response voltage applied on piezoelectric resonators withshear vibration has been discussed.This voltage consists of pulse voltage with expo-nential decay and oscillation decay voltage:the former is produced by the clampedvoltage of the resonator through the resistance in the circuit,and the later,by thepiezoelectric effect.When the pulse width applied and the total resistance of the cir-cuit are in the optimum condition,the oscillation amplitude of the response voltagein the piezoelectric resonator only depends on the shear mode electromechanical coup-ling factor k15.Based on this principle,a new method for measuring k15 has beenproposed.The advantage of this new method is as follows:the apparatus required is simp-ler,and the result obtained is accurate.The measurement results obtained with the new method and those from firstovertone-fundament ratio method are much in agreement.
