高强度黄铜耐蚀与防污性能的改善
Improved Corrosion and Fouling Resistances of High-Strength Brasses
【摘要】 <正> 前言 从1876年P.M.巴森研制出巴森锰黄铜至今,高强度锰黄铜作为船用螺旋桨材料已使用了一个世纪。但锰黄铜的应力腐蚀强度较低,很易产生脱锌腐蚀,用它制造的螺旋桨寿命较低,因而一些重要的船用螺旋桨多用铝青铜制造。然而,锰黄铜具有良好的铸造和加工性能。而且,成本比铝青铜低三分之一,因而仍被广泛采用。直到1977年统计,有90%小型螺旋桨,50%大型螺旋桨是用锰黄铜制成的。
【Abstract】 The optimum composition and effect of adding tin and phosphor for improved corrosion and fouling resistances of high strength brasses have been investigated. The following conclusions can be reached from this investigation,1 . The fouling resistance is improved effectively when >0.6% Sn or phosphor were added.2. A new type of brass-58% Cu, 3% Mn, 1% Fe, l% Al, 0.6% Sn possesses good resistances against corrosion and fouling of marine organism.
