用色谱法测定沼气池用红泥塑料薄膜的透气性

【摘要】 本文报道了沼气池用红泥聚氯乙稀薄膜透气性的测定方法和结果。在压力法、体积法及重量法透气仪的基础上,自行设计了一套色谱法透气性测定装置,并用该装置对影响沼气热值的三种主要气体成份——甲烷、氢、一氧化碳在不同温度下对红泥-聚氯乙稀塑料薄膜的透气系数和扩散活化能进行了精密的测定。总共测量了31个样品的116个透气系数和15个扩散活化能数据。实验结果的相对平均偏差(?)r小于8%,相对样本标准偏差σn-1/x小于1%。测定表明,在正常情况下半塑式红泥塑料沼气池扩散损失掉的甲烷不超过万分之二。漏气是由于加工工艺控制不严在红泥塑料薄膜中存在宏观通道引起的。

【Abstract】 Biogas degester made from RM-PVC is one of the best and economical choice. The gas hermetization is the key point for successful operation of biogas digesters. However the determination method for the permeability of RM-PVC film has been published so thod for t far is not satisfactory.In this paper, various measuring methods and results of gas permeability of RM-PVC film used in biogas digester were presented and discussed and a set of apparatus mainly the cell for determinating permeability coefficient designed and installed by the author was reported. Using this apparatus,the permeabilities and permeability active-energies of RM-PVC film for CH4, H2 and CO were precisely determined at different temperatures for three main components in biogas which can generate the heat energy. 31 samples of RM-PVC from various parts of china were measured and, 116 permeability cofficient data and 15 permeability active energy data were obtained.The gas permeability of the RM-PVC film for biogas was determined by chroma-tography. In order to investigate the measuring errors and the accuracy of the results obtained, samples with the thickness more than 2mm were selected and H2 flame detector was used. Four groups of data (20 for each group) were obtained.The relative average error dr less than 0.8% and the relative standard deviation σn-1/x less than 1% were achieved.Theoretical gas leakage of RM-PVC film was determined precisely under normal conditions. For. example, the methane lost through diffusion is less than 0.02% for part--plastic biogas digesters made of RM-PVC. It is obvious that gas leakage is not from the RM-PVC film itself but through the pipes or pores welded on RM-PVC film with careless processing.
