【Abstract】 This paper is aimed at the subject on introduction of digital exchange and digital transmission equipment into local telephone network. The model of synthetic study for transfering from analogue to digital network is established along with it’s evaluation criteria. The contents are as follow: 1. Introduction of AHP (the Analytic Hierarchy Process) in decision-making with multi-objective. 2. Essential principles about puting forward of transfering from analogue to digital network. 3.
