2-乙基已醇-正丁醇-水三元体系的相平衡研究
THE STUDY OF PHASE EQUILIBRIUM FOR 2-ETHYL HEXANOL-N-BUTANOL-WATER TERNARY SYSTEM
【摘要】 用改良型Dvorak-Boublik平衡釜测定了26664Pa(200mmHg)下的2-乙基己醇-正丁醇-水三元系高醇区的汽液平衡数据。对相应的三对二元液液、汽液平衡数据用NRTL活度系数方程进行了热力学关联,由此求得的NRTL常数推算了三元汽相组成,并与本研究的测定值进行了比较,结果是令人满意的。
【Abstract】 Vapor-liquid equilibrium data are obtained for the ternary system 2-ethyl hexanol-n-butanol-water in high-alcohol concentration, region at 26664Pa(200mmHg), The determining is carried out with a modified Dvorak-Boublik equilibrium still. For the liquid-liquid equilibrium and vapor-liquid equilib rium data of the three constituting binary systems,thermodynamic correlation was carried out with NRTL activity coefficient equation. Then, using the NRTL constants Obtained, the vapor phase composition of ternary system was predicted. The predicted values were compared with those measured, a satisfactory result was obtained.
