【摘要】 本文报告我院自1980年12月至1987年12月手术治疗冠状动脉瘘3例。其中男性2例女性1例。年龄分别为3(1/2)岁、14岁、5(1/2)岁。术前从胸片初步诊断1例,超声诊断1例。3例均行升主动脉造影检查。病理诊断为左冠状动脉右室瘘、右冠状动脉左室瘘及右冠状动脉右室瘘。前2例体外循环下手术治疗,后1例全麻下关闭瘘口。术后杂音消失。3例已随访时间为7年、5年及3个月均良好。本文讨论了有关症状、诊断及外科治疗指征。更多还原

【Abstract】 From Dec.1980 to Dec.1987,three cases of congenital coronary artery fistulaswere treated in Tianjin Chest Hospital.Two patients were males.The patients wereaged 3 1/2,14 and 5 1/2 respectively.Preoparative diagnosis of one case was made bychest X-ray,and another case by echocardiography.But in all cases the angiocar-diogram was of significance.These cases were left coronary artery——right ventricu-lar fistula,right coronary artery——left ventricular fistula,and right coronary artery——right ventricular fistula.The former two cases were operated under cardio-pulmonary by-pass,the last one under general anesthesia.All cases were followed upwith good results.更多还原
