【摘要】 观察了112例冠心病患者(冠心病,陈旧性心肌梗塞46例,冠心病合并糖尿病26例)体外血栓形成的实验,以64例同龄健康人为对照。结果冠心病患者体外血栓长度平均为31.50±17.78 mm,血栓湿重平均为99.21±38.62 mg,血栓干重平均为29.03±13.59 mg。健康人以上结果分别为:21.20±5.40、73.08±17.14、20.13±5.33,二者间相比,均有非常显著差异。冠心病各病比较,冠心病合并糖尿病患者血栓长度和湿重增加更为明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 One hundred twelve patients with coronary heart diseases have been inspected,including 40 cases of coronary heart disease,46 cases of conventional myocardiacinfarction and 26 cases of coronary heart diseases combined with diabetes.Bycomparing the tests for external thrombosis on 46 healthy people in the same age,the results were as follows:The average length of external thrombosis of patients with coronary heartdisease was 31.50±17.78mm,the average wet weight of thrombi being 99.21±38.62mgand the dry weight of thrombi 29.03±13.59mg;the corresponding values for healthypeople were 21.20±5.40,73.08±17.14 and 20.13±5.33 respectively;very significantdiffereces were found between the values of the two groups.By analyzing the variouskinds of coronary heart diseases,the increase of the length and wet weight of thethrombus in patients with both the coronary heart disease and diabetes wasfound to be more evident.更多还原
