【摘要】 102例婴幼儿心内直视手术年龄最小7个月,最大50个月,<1岁4例,1～3岁54例,>3岁44例。体重7～16 kg。鼻温17～21℃、心温9～15℃,停循环5～82分钟。手术死亡率10.8%。生化、乳酸、血气、血清酶、血液粘度、心肌电镜、脑电图、脑 CT 等检查,变化轻微均为可逆,从而证实鼻温20℃以下,停循环60分钟内是安全的。发育与智力随访与同龄儿童无异。有减轻各脏器温差、使心温恒定、利于矫治畸形、减少血液破坏和脑损害的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 The technique of profound hypothermic circulatory arrest was used for open heart surgery in 102 infants and children.Body weights and ages ranged respectively from7 to 16kg and 7 to 50 months(the youngest being 7 months,the oldest 50 months,4 casesless than 1 year,54 cases from 1 to 3 years,44 cases more than 3 years).The nosetemperature was 17 to 21℃,the cardiac temperature 9 to 15℃.The duration ofcirculatory arrest was 5 to 82 minutes.Operative morality was 10.8%.The analyseof biochemical examinations,of lactate,blood gas,plasma enzymes,electric micros- copic examination of the myocardium,EEG,and cerebral-CT showed that therewere slight changes,yet reversible.It was suggested that the duration of circu-latory arrest within 60 minutes with nose temperature below 20℃ was safe.Therewas no influence to the development of the body and intelligence in children.Theadvantages of the technique included reducing temperature gradients among variousorgans,keeping cardiac temperature persistently constant,mng the operation easy,minimizing blood component destruction and attaining adequate cerebral protection,etc.更多还原
