【摘要】 本文在测定天津市健康妇女MBL和Fer的基础上,又对86例使用三种IUD的妇女于放器前及放器后第1、6、12周期进行 MBL,Fer 和 Hb 测定,以研究不同类型 IUD 对 MBL 和铁贮备的影响。研究表明放器后以麻花环与 TCu 220 C—IUD 为一类和 LNG—IUD 之间存在着极为显著的差别:平均 MBL 前者增加77%,达94.7 ml,后者减少7%,下降到51.8 ml;Fer≤14 ng/ml的例数比,前者第12周期增加至48.1%,后者第6周期下降至11.1%;Hb<11.0 g/d 1的例数比,前者第12周期增加至40.7%,后者第6周期全部恢复正常且超过放器前的水平。作者建议对放置使 MBL 增加类 IUD 的妇女,应于放器后半年作 Fer 测定,一旦发现 Fer≤14 ng/ml,需及时补充富含蛋白质的饮食,并补充铁剂,以改善体内铁平衡。对使用 IUD 出现 MBL 过多,有严重出血者,宜换用 LNG。由于本文对 LNG 的观察例数与周期数较少,尚待今后作进一步的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the light of previous study of regular MBL of healthy Tianjin women,mea-surements of MBL and serum ferritin(Fer)in 86 cases before and after the 1st,6thand 12th cycle of insertion of 3 kinds of IUD were undertaken to study the effectof different IUDs on the MBL and Fer levels.The study showed that the results of the measurements differed significantlybetween the Mahua ring and TCu 220C as a group and the LNG-IUD.The averageMBL of the former group had a 77% increase to 94.7ml while the latter had a decreaseof 7% to 51.8ml.The cases of Fer≤14ng at the 12th cycle increased to 48.1% inthe former while decreased to 11.1% in the latter at the 6th cycle.The cases ofHb<11g/dl increased to 40.7% in the former at the 12th cycle and the latter returnedto normal or exceeded pre-insertion level at the 6th cycle.It was suggested that measurement of Fer should be taken at the 6th cycle forwomen who used the former group and alike IUDs.However,if the results indicatedthat one’s Fer≤14ng/ml,she should be complemented with rich protein diet and ironremedies to improve the ferrum level balance.For those heavy MBL and bleedingIUD users,they might shift to LNG.Due to the limited cases and cycles of LNGusers,further studies are needed to be taken in the future.更多还原
