【Abstract】 We remove the allograft in a patient with spontaneous renal allograft rupture 6days after transplantation for uncontrollable acute rejection,serious bleeding andloss of renal allograft function.Spontaneous rupture of the allograft is a kind ofserious complication.After studying of its aetiology,diagnosis and management,itwas emphasized to treat this complication by prompt exploration of the allograftwith appropriate management in accordance with the situation.更多还原
