【摘要】 本文用透射电子显微镜观察蚊幼虫取食苏云金杆菌以色列变种后中肠组织的结构变化。当浸泡6及12小时后,中肠细胞内的线粒体呈现出极度电子密度增高、浓缩化,细胞质内的内质网出现脱颗粒现象,肌浆网扩大肿胀;吞食18及24小时后,细胞核膨胀,各细胞器进一步瓦解。文中讨论了对蚊幼虫的毒效是该菌晶体毒素引起中肠细胞器的病理改变。从而影响能量代谢及酶活性而导致虫体死亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 The structural changes of midgut tissues in mosquito larvae which took in Bacillus thuringiensis Var, israelensis (B. t. t.) were observed by using E.M.
