【Abstract】 Inhibition ratio was used as an index to observe the antitumor effect of sodium selcnite on Ehrlich ascites tumor (solid form). Sodium selenite was given I.P. to all 3 experimental groups of mice; the dose was 1/7 LD50(3.50mg/kg body wt.), 1/10 LD50 (2.45mg/kg body wt) and 1/30 LD50 (0.82mg/kg body wt) respectively, given once a day for 7 days. The results showed that 1/10 LD50 group had the highest inhibition ratio, amounting to 35.59% even after checking the tumor weight by body weight.更多还原
