棉酚对大鼠输精管收缩及精囊液中游离氨基酸含量的影响
Effect of Gossypol on the Contraction of Vas Deferens and the Free Amino Acid Content in Fluid of Seminal Vesicle in Rats
【摘要】 大白鼠离体输精管试验表明,当浴管中有10-8~3×10-7mol/L的酚妥拉明时,去甲肾上腺素的量-效曲线平行右移,pA2=6.98。加3×10-5mol/L及10(-4)mol/L的棉酚预先处理后,量-效曲线右移,最大效应压低,pD2=3.7。将棉酚每日以35mg/kg的剂量分别给予大鼠口服11天及24天。前者的离体输精管,去甲肾上腺素的量-效曲线与对照组接近;后者,曲线的最大效应压低。上述两组大鼠精囊液中游离氨基酸含量与对照组比较均无显著性差异。
【Abstract】 The cumulative dose-respcnse curves of noradrenalir.e on rat vas de-ferens were shifted progressively to the right ir. the presence of increasing concen-trations(10-8-3×10-7mol/L) of phentolamine. The pA2 value of phentolamine was calculated to be 6.98, whereas the dose-response curves were depressed and the maximum responses were reduced in the presence of gossypol in concentrations of 3×10-5mol/L and 10-4mol/L. The rats were given gossypol by oral administration in dose of 35mg/kg/day for 11 and 24 days respectively. The dose-response curve of noradrenaline on vas deferens of the rats after administration of gossypol for 11 days was approximate to that of the control, whereas the curve obtained in the rats after giving gossypol for 24 days, was depressed and the maximum height decrea-sed to 58.5%. The free amino acid content in fluid of seminal vesicle of therats administered with gossypol and of those serving as controls was determined and no difference was found between them.
