【摘要】 本文对29例成人正常心脏二尖瓣瓣膜复合器进行综合观察测量。结果表明左房室口周径平均86.9±59.9mm(88.4～110.8mm)。前外侧连合平均宽8.4±1.3mm,深5.7±1.7mm。后内侧连合平均宽9.2±2.3mm,深3.2±1.6mm。腱索分6类,左室总平均数30.4±5.3支,支持腱索只见于前尖瓣,起自前后两群乳头肌呈对称性分布。左室乳头肌分三型,指状型为基本类型。前后两群乳头肌有2个以上者各占69.0％和82.8％。国人左室心肌梗死,特别是前壁心肌梗死多见,而乳头肌功能障碍少见,可能与乳头肌类型、数目有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 The mitral valve complexes of 29 normal Chinese hearts were observed and measured. The results showed that the average perimster of the left atrioven-tricular orifice was 86.9±9.8mm (68.4-110.8); the averge width of antereolate-ral commissure 8.4±1.3mm; the average depth 5.7±1.7mm; the average width of posteromcdial commissure 9.2±2. 3mm; and the average depth 6.2±1.6mm. Chordae tendineae could be divided into 6 kinds. The total number of chordae tendineae of the left ventricle was 30.4±5.3 on an. average. Strut chordae appeared in anterior cusps, originating from anterior and posterior group of papillary muscle, and were distributed symmetrically. The shape of papillary muscle of left ventricle could be divided into 3 types, among which the finger-like type was the basic one, of which 69.0% and 82.8% were contained respectvely in two anterior and posterior papillary muscles. The fact that myocardial infarction of Chinese adults especially that in the anterior wall is more common, but it is rarely combined with dysfunction of papillary muscle is probably related to the type and number of papillary muscles.更多还原
