【Abstract】 Although there were a lot of instrumental methods for determination of serum copper,the grphite furnace AAS method described by this paper has the advantages of no pretreatme-nt of samples bing required, very small amount of sample bing needed （20-50μ1） and halidesof alkali and earth alkali metals having no interferences. And the characteristic mass m₀, therecovery and the coefficient of variation of the method are 5.6 pg. Cu/0.0044 A. S., 98-102%and 1.7-2.7% at 0.99-1. 11μg/ml level respectively.更多还原
