【摘要】 应用放射性核素^113m铟为示踪剂,对实验性大鼠急性肝功能衰竭时肝血流的变化进行研究。结果表明急性肝衰时K值由正常对照组0.447降至0.327。经用654—2治疗后,肝血流量明显增加,K值增至0.413,接近正常。说明654—2有改善实验性大鼠急性肝功能衰竭时肝血流量的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the radioactive nuclide 113m In as the tracer, the change of blood flow in the liver was studied on rats contracting experimental acute hepatic failure. The results indicated that during acute hepatic failure, the K-value decreased from 0.447 as in the normal control to 0.327. Following the treatment with 654-2, the blood flow of liver increased markedly and the K-value increased as well to 0.413, nearing the normal value. It shews that 654-2 possesses the effect of improving the blood flow in the liver of rat contracting experimental acute hepatic failure.更多还原
