电刺激猫杏仁复合体对血浆皮质醇浓度的影响

【摘要】 用电刺激边缘系统杏仁复合体,观察血浆皮质醇浓度的变化。实验结果表明,杏仁基底核有促进肾上腺皮质分泌皮质醇的作用,使血浆皮质醇的浓度发生变化;而杏仁中央核则作用不明显,这表明杏仁基底核、杏仁中央核对皮质醇浓度变化的影响是不同的,这可为进一步分析边缘系统对肾上腺皮质分泌的调节提供实验依据。

【Abstract】 Stimulating amygdaloid complex of limbic system in cats by electricity, we observed the changes in plasma cortisal concentration. The results showed that stimulating nuclcua amygdalae basalis could accelerate the cortisol secretion of adrenocortex, making changes in the plasma cortisol concentration; while stimulating nucleus amygdalae centralis had little effect on the plasma cortisol concentration. These results suggested that the influences of the nucleus amygdela basalis and the nucleus amygdalae centralis on the changs of plasma cortisol concentration were not alike. So this could provide an experimental evidence for further studies of limbic system on the regulation of the secretion of adrenocortex.
