人参化学成分的研究——12.人参脂溶性成分的研究
STUDIES ON THE CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF PANAX GINSENG C.A. MEYER——12. STUDY ON THE LIPOSOLUBLE CONSTITUENTS OF PANAX GINSENG C.A. MEYER
【摘要】 鲜人参根(Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer)的醚溶性部分有较强的抗炎作用。从该部分中用砖胶低压柱层析,分得9种单体,经UV、IR、MS及GC等方法鉴定了7种化学结构,分别为二十九烷(1)、三棕榈酸甘油脂(2)、人参萜醇(4)、三亚油酸甘油酯(5)、棕榈酸(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)、α,γ-二棕榈酸甘油酯(9)。其中化合物(1)、(2)、(5)、(9)是首次从人参中分离出的已知成分、化合物(4)系首次在国内分离得到的已知成分。
【Abstract】 Nine compounds isolated from the pharmacologically ethereal portion of freshroots of Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer by low pressure silica gel column chromatogr-aphy were identified as nonacosane (1), tripalmitin (2), panaxynol (4),linolein (5), palmitic acid (6), β-sitosterol (7), and α,γ-dipalmitin (9),respectively, on the basis of the chemical and spectroscopic analyses. Of thesecompounds, 1, 2, 5, and 9 were isolated for the first time from the roots ofPanax ginseng and 4 was obtained for the first time domestically
