【Abstract】 Lymphoblasts of either mesenteric lymph nodes (MLN)or peripheral lymph node(PLN) from ICR mice were labeled with ~3H-TdR. Using technique of liquid scintillation counting and autoradiography, a comparision of the homing process of MLN and PLN lymphoblasts in vivo has been studied. The results have shown that in contrast with PLN lymphoblasts,MLN lymphoblasts were able to home preferentially to the intestinal mucosa and the gut-associated lymphid tissues in syngeneic mice.更多还原
