【摘要】 应用本室的一组SZ-系列抗Von Willebrand因子(vWf)单克隆抗体,建立了免疫放射计量法和酶联免疫吸附法,对正常人及Von Willebrand病(vWd)患者血浆的vWf水平进行了精确的定量分析,探讨了这两种方法在vWd的诊断和分型方面应用的可行性。同时将其各主要指标与常规方法及国外同类方法的相应指标进行了全面对比。结果表明,新方法的各项指标明显好于常规方法,不低于或略高于国外同类方法。为与vWf有关的基础和临床研究提供了新的手段,并有助于vWd新的分型方法的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Immunoradiometric assay and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay have been developed in our laboratory by using our SZ-series monoclonal antibodies to human von Willebrand factor(vWf). Precise quantitative measurements of vWf in plasma had been carried out in normal individuals and patients with yon Willebrand’s disease (vWd). Practicability of the applications of these two assays to the diagnosis and classification of vWd Was discussed. Meanwhile, the new methods were compared with the routines and the relative methods reported in the international publications. The results suggest that all characteristics of the new methods are markedly superior to those of the routine methods and on a level with the advanced techniques which had been internationally discussed in recent years. Thus, we conclude that the methods mentioned above could provide some efficient and practical tools for the theoretical and clinical researches on vWf and be helpful to the classification of vWd.更多还原
