微型机在液化气贮罐监控管理中的应用

【摘要】 本文论述了微型机在液化气贮罐运行监控管理中应用的有关问题.该监控系统硬件结构简单、接口紧凑、通道扩充灵活,采用编译BASIC和DBASE组成高速自动化处理系统,具有较好的稳定性和可扩充性,操作简单,对化工厂、油田、气田的液气贮罐的科学管理,都有一定的参考价值.

【Abstract】 Some problems concerning the application of microcomputer to monitoring management of LNG storage tanks are presented in this paper. The system takes into account the security and reliability of the LNG storage tanks under specified site conditions. Fully automatic monitoring control, flexible man-machine inter-action as well as stochastic interrupt-treating functions are adotped. The IBM-PC machine is employed as the core of the system in order to meet the requirements of the joined-network group control and management automation system.The system has simple hardware structure, compact interface and flexibility in channel augment. According to different users requirements, the system can be augmented to a processing capacity up to 1024 signal-sources. The softwares of the system use compilation BASIC and DBASE to form high-speed automatic procession system. The software design is performed according to the princinle of structural system design and due care is taken to the utilization of p C-machine control, andible effect and plotting functions.Since Chinese-character prompting and graphical display are fully utilized during the running processw,hoever, even being completely ignorant of the computer technique, only needs to memorize the location of some specially installed function keys on the keyboard will gain the ability of using this system without making an effort. The system has better stability, angmentability, as wellas simplicity in operation, and may serve for reference to the management of LNG storage tanks in chemical plants and oil-gas fieds.
