三元陈化对钼体系活性的影响

【摘要】 用动力学的方法研究了(i-B(?))2AlOAr、丁二烯(Bd)、MoCl3(OC8H17)2三元陈化体系引发丁二烯聚合的活性。结果表明,三元陈化催化体系催化剂利用率为5%,是二元陈化体系的1.6倍,是不陈化体系的3.0倍。通过对一些动力学参数的比较,初步探索了其反应机理,认为反应的控制步骤是增长过程。

【Abstract】 In this paper the effect of three-component catalyst pretreatment conditions on the activity of molybdenum catalyst system in initiating butadiene polymeri-zation was studied by the kinetic method.The result showed that the efficiencyof thecatalyst was 5.0%,and that it was 3.0 times that of the system withoutcatalyst pretreatment.The reaction mechanism was studied by comparing withsome kinetic parameters.The conclusion was that the controlling step was aprocess of growth rather than one of initiation.
