【Abstract】 In the light of the energy differences among varied waves in mul- tichannel seismic record,we can use Karhunen-Loeve transform to ex- plain why these waves vary,to make an optimum extraction of the coherent signals and to remove random and coherent noises in the seismic record as much as possible.The mathematical theory,filtering function and the reconstruction method of K-L transform are described in brief.This method was checked using both synthetic seismogram and real seismic record.The check proved K-L transform feasible in removing random noise and coherent noise.更多还原
