二溴苯基萤光酮—CPC 分光光度法测定矿石中微量锗

【摘要】 本文对 Ge—DBPF—CPC 体系进行了较系统的研究,证明该体系用于光度法测定锗,具有灵敏度高(ε=1.31×10~5)、稳定性好等优点;非离子表面活性说剂 tween80有一定协同增敏作用;在0.1NHCl 介质中络合物组成比为 Ge∶DBPF=1∶3,锗浓度在0~10μg/25mL 范围服从比耳定律.与萃取分离法配合用于锌精矿中微量锗的测定,获得较满意的结果.

【Abstract】 A highly Sensitive methd of the Spectrophotometric determination of germani- um by dibromophenolfluorone and celylpyridinium chloride in the presence of tween 80 has been developed.In an acid medium(0.06~0.12N HC1)germanium (Ⅳ) Can form a complex with dibromophenolfluorone.The complex maximum absorption ia at 535nm.The value of molar absorption coefficient is found to be 1.31×10~5.The constituent of the complex is studied as 1:3(Ge:DBPF).Beer’s law is obeyed for 0~10μg/25mL of germanium.It takes 20 min to develo pColour.Once the Colour has been developed,It wilt remain stablgy at least for 4 hours. The methed in combination with the method of extraction Separation Can be usep for determination of germanium in ores.
