示波极谱测定痕量钴
POLARGRAPHIC DETERMINATION OF COBALT WITH 3,5-Cl2-DEPAP AND HYDROCHLOIC ACID HYDROXYLAMINE IN SODIUM HYDROXIDE MEDIUM
【摘要】 本文研究了3,5—Cl2—DEPAP 应用于钴的极谱测定的可能性.实验结果表明,3,5—Cl2—DEPAP 在盐酸羟胺—氢氧化钠底液中,于-0.82v 左右(Vs,SCE)有一极谱波,在上述溶液中加入钴时,在-0.95v 左右产生极好的导数波;试验确定底液的最佳条件为:3,5—Cl2—DEPAP 2.5×10-6M;NH2OH·HCl0.5%;NaOH0.15M(pH≈12.40);测定钴的线性范围为0.5ppb~20ppb.
【Abstract】 A sensitive polargraphic wave of Co with 3,5—Cl2—DEPAP and hydrochloric acid hydroxylamine in sodium hydroxide is obtained.The peak is found at a potential of-0.95v(Vs.SCE).Detection limit for Co is about 0.25 ppb.The catalytic current is proportional to the concentration of Co ranging from 0.5 to 20ppb.The method has been applied to the determination of Co in VB12 and molecular siene.
