APO-5和SAPO-5分子筛对于水蒸气及酸的稳定性

【摘要】 对以三乙胺为模板剂的APO-5、SAPO-5型分子筛样品进行了水蒸气处理和酸处理。采用无定形强度卡方法分离样品中结晶相的衍射强度和无定形相的相干散射强度,测定了样品处理前后的结晶度,以及酸处理后样品失重率。实验结果表明,SAPO-5型分子筛的水热稳定性和耐酸性要高于APO-5型分子筛,SAPO-5型分子筛可在低于900℃的水热条件下稳定存在,但只能在弱酸性或中性介质中使用。

【Abstract】 Samples of APO-5 and SAPO-5 type molecular sieves with Et3N as template were treated with steam and acidic solution. The intensities of X-ray diffraction of amorphous and crystal phase were seperated by using an amorphous intensity card method. The crystallinity and the ratio of weight loss of samples after steam and acidic solution treatments were determined.The results showed that APO-5 and SAPO-5 with Al and P in equal-ratio and SAPO-5 with Al and P in non-equal-ratio were rather stable under steam treatment below 900℃, and the stability of SAPO-5 type molecular sieve was much higher than APO-5. This improvement may be caused by the entering of silicon atoms into the framework of APO-5 molecular sieve.
