正常人足与缠足的应力分析和比较

【摘要】 本文通过光弹性试验及识别人足印单位积黑点数目的方法,分析和计算了正常人足及缠足在三种姿态时足表面点及足底的应力分布,并将它与产生病变的缠足照片对比,发现病变位置正是本文计算结果中的高应力区。这在临床上为寻找病因提供了力学方面的理论依据。

【Abstract】 The stress distributions of the footsurface and footsole of the normal foot and bound-foot in the three walking states were analyzed and calculated by recognizing black-point numbers per unit area in the foot prints through photoelastic experiments. The results were compared with the bound-foot photograph sin which the pathological changes were shown. It has been found that the positions of the pathological changes are in the high-stress areas determined by this method. Thus, it provides a theoretical basis in mechanics to find pathogeny in the clinic.
