【Abstract】 With its fine qualities of timber and rapid growth, populus has drawn great attention from scholors and cultivators. It plays an important role in meeting the need of timber and afforestation in our country. On the basis of populus classification, this paper systematically discussed the geographical distribution, floral analysis and population origins of populus and the relations between its ecological charactors and afforestation, with the aim of providing theoretical help in the introduction, cultivation, breeding and management of populus.更多还原
