臭氧法交联非极性弹性石英毛细管柱的研制
Preparation and Investigation of Cross-Linking Non-Polar Silicone in Fused-Silica Capillary Column by Ozone-Curing Method
【摘要】 以臭氧为引发剂对SE-33、SE-54及OV-1等非极性固定液弹性石英毛细管柱进行交联。用臭氧法制得的交联弹性毛细管柱具有高效、内壁惰性、热稳定性好及耐溶剂冲洗等优点,这些柱子用于松油、酒及植物中残留烃三种样品的分离,均获得较好的结果。臭氧交联方法简单、适于一般实验室采用。
【Abstract】 Non-polar stat’onary phases SE-33, SE-54 and OV-1 have beefi immobilized by ozone-initiated cross-linking in fused-silica capillary column. The columns prepared by means of the ozone-curing method were of high efficiency, inertness of wall, good thermal stability and unextractable with solvent. Three samples including turpentine oil, liquor and residual hydrocarbons in plant were separated on these columns and good results were obtained. Ozone-curing method is simple and requires only ordinary laboratory equipment.
