【摘要】 <正> 液晶固定液对于分离几何异构体具有特殊的选择性,但液晶在玻璃毛细管柱内壁的成膜性能差,影响了柱稳定性和柱效率。考虑到液晶固定液的特点,本文用聚酯作脱活试剂对玻璃毛细管内壁进行脱活处理,制备了MPBHxB等液晶玻璃毛细管柱。测试结果表明,用聚酯脱活制备的液晶玻璃毛细管柱柱效率较高,稳定性较好,可用于实际分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new method for the preparation of MPBHxB liquid crystal glass capillary columns deactivated with PEGS, DEGS, NPGS, PEGA, NPGA, EGSB, NpGSe, and EGIP is presented. The glass capillary columns treated with these polyesters are suitable for coating liquid crystal stationary phases, the stability and efficiency of these columns are good enough for practical analysis. The separations of some disubstituted benzene isomers and some PAHs on the columns are successful.更多还原
