【Abstract】 A kind of high performance thin-layer chro-matograpluc plate was prepared by using larger particle silica gel as adsorbent and ’ silicasol as binder. Some charateristics of the plate were determined. The applications in the fields of biochemistry and organic chemistry were also evaluated. Satisfactory results were obtained in comparison with Merck and some domestic commercially available plates.更多还原
