【摘要】 本文对用粗颗粒硅胶(硅胶H)、硅溶胶粘合剂研制出的高效薄层色谱板进行了性能测试,评价了其在生物化学和有机化学方面的应用,得到了好的结果。

【Abstract】 A kind of high performance thin-layer chro-matograpluc plate was prepared by using larger particle silica gel as adsorbent and ’ silicasol as binder. Some charateristics of the plate were determined. The applications in the fields of biochemistry and organic chemistry were also evaluated. Satisfactory results were obtained in comparison with Merck and some domestic commercially available plates.
