【Abstract】 Dual-electrode thin-layer electrochemical cell and bipotentiostat controller were constructed for liquid chromatography withelectroch emical detection. Potentials of both electrodes were provided by the controller, which was stable, sensitive and convenient to operate. The current can be measured even down to picoampere level. The dual-electrode detection behaviour of epinephrine, dopamine, hydroquinone and catechol were investigated. The collection efficiency of these compounds was found to be in the range of 0.24 to 0.34 for dual-electrode dttection in series. The method can be used for quantitative analysis.更多还原
