液相色谱中的双工作电极电化学检测
Dual-Electrode Electrochemical Detection in Liquid Chromatography
【摘要】 设计和组装了用于液相色谱的双工作电极电化学检测的薄层流通池和双恒电位控制器。控制器同时控制两个工作电极的电位,仪器灵敏、稳定,操作方便,可检测低至pA级的电流。研究了肾上腺素、多巴胺、对苯二酚和儿茶酚等四种物质的串型、并型双电极行为,在串型双电极中,四种物质的收集系数在0.24—0.34之间,可应用于定量分析测定。
【Abstract】 Dual-electrode thin-layer electrochemical cell and bipotentiostat controller were constructed for liquid chromatography withelectroch emical detection. Potentials of both electrodes were provided by the controller, which was stable, sensitive and convenient to operate. The current can be measured even down to picoampere level. The dual-electrode detection behaviour of epinephrine, dopamine, hydroquinone and catechol were investigated. The collection efficiency of these compounds was found to be in the range of 0.24 to 0.34 for dual-electrode dttection in series. The method can be used for quantitative analysis.
