改进蛋白酶发酵液净化技术的研究

【摘要】 发酵液去除菌体和残渣的净化工艺,是酶制剂纯化的关键步骤,也是酶液浓缩特别是超过滤浓缩首先必须解决的问题,我们用有机高分子絮凝剂和无机絮凝剂复合的工艺,成功地用于碱性蛋白酶发酵液的净化,从1987年10月起应用于大生产。生产实践证明:新工艺比原来的磷酸钙沉淀工艺具有凝聚效果好,过滤速度快,经济效益高等优点,是较为理想的发酵液净化工艺。

【Abstract】 The purifying techniques for removal of cells and residues in fermentation broth is one of the key steps in enzyme purification and is also very important in the enrichmet of enzyme solution, especially on ultrafiltration. Our technique of combined use of polymeric flocculants and ifiorgnic flocculants has been successful in flocculation and filtration of alkali proteinase fermentation broth and has been applied to large scale production since October, 1987. It has been proved that the new technique has some .adventages such as higher rate of filtration and better economic efficiency, compared to the calcium phosphate technique now in use in production. It is an ideal technique fo; purification of alkali proteinase fermentation broth.
