Ⅱ型糖尿病人红细胞胰岛素受体及红细胞膜流动性的观察

【摘要】 本文采用配对分析,测定了15例Ⅱ型糖尿病人(NIDDM)和15名正常人的红细胞胰岛素受体和红细胞膜微粘度,发现NIDDM红细胞胰岛素受体位点减少(86±85对215±116sites/RBC,P<0.002),而红细胞膜微粘度显著升高(2.6706±0.2813对2.2717±0.1578泊,P<0.001)。二变量间呈有意义的负相关(r=-0.328,P<0.05),提示细胞膜流动性的下降可能是NIDDM胰岛素受体和/或受体后缺陷的原因之一。

【Abstract】 Fifteen NIDDM patients and fifteen normal subjects were included in a pairedstudy for determination of erythrocyte insulin receptor and membrane microviscosityof erythrocyte. The results showed that NIDDM patients had decreased receptornumbers(86±85 in NIDDM vs. 215±116 sites/RBC in controls, P<0.002) andincreased membrane microviscosities (2.6706±0.2813 in NIDDM vs. 2. 2717±0.1578 poise in controls, P<0.001) as compared with the control group. Asignificant negative correlation was found between the two parameters (r=--0.328,P<0.05), suggesting that decreased membrane fluidity might be one of the causes1eading to insulin receptor and/or postreceptor defects in NIDDM.
