稀土荧光塑料的研究
A Research of Fluorescent Plastics Containing Rare-Earth Complex
【摘要】 组成为Eu(RCOCHCOR’)3L(L为有机碱)的一种稀土络合物作为荧光剂分别与PS和EVA制成荧光塑料。在低功率近紫外线灯的近紫外线(UV)辐隔下,它们能够发射波长为613nm的红色荧光。荧光强度比较高,但随UV辐照时间的增加而逐渐降低,然后趋于定值。这是络合物的配合键离解所致。这类荧光塑料具有一定的使用寿命。
【Abstract】 A rare-earth complex having composition of Eu (RCOCHCOR’)_a L(L is an organic base) was used as a fluorescer to prepare PS and EVA fluorescent plastics. The reported products can emit red fluorescence with wavelength of 613 nm under the radiation of near UV from a near UV lamp with lower power. The fluorescent intensity was stronger first, then decreased gradually with increasing UV radiation time, and approached a constant. This is attributed to the dissociation of the coordinate linkages in the complex. The products have a longer lifetime in application.
