【Abstract】 The effect of composition and amount of phenolic diluent on the propertise of ph(?)nolic urethane resin no-bake sand was studied, and also the effect of ratios between resin binder and isocyanate on the sand properties, the effect of additives on the no-bake sand properties were studied. The characteristics and processing parameters of the no-bake sand were tested. The breaking modes of resin film were analysed with SEM, it lay down a base for further investigation.更多还原
