蠕虫状石墨及其过渡形态的观察研究
Investigation about Vermicular Graphite and Its Transition Morphologies
【摘要】 本文利用扫描电镜对深腐蚀蠕墨铸铁试样中的蠕虫状石墨及其与片状石墨、球状石墨之间的过渡形态进行了观察研究。认为蠕虫状石墨具有层迭和螺旋两种成长方式。球状石墨畸变后并不必然形成蠕虫状石墨,蠕虫状石墨可以起源于与球状石墨不同的某种雏晶。在蠕虫状石墨与片状石墨之间可能存在某种相同的雏晶或成核条件,而铁水的物化条件影响石墨的成长方式,决定石墨最终是片状还是蠕虫状。
【Abstract】 The paper investigated the vermicular graphite and its transition morphologies to lamellar and spheroidal graphite in deep-etched compacted vermicular iron bars by SEM. The author thought that two growth models lead to the vermicular graphite.i.e, pilinggrowth and screw—growth. Spheroidal graphite did not necessarily grow vermicular graphite after degenerating, while the later may not result from the same embryo—crystal as spheroidal graphite does There may be some similar nucleating—conditions between vermicular and lamellar graphite, and the physical and chemical factors of molten iron affect the growth—model and finally determines the graphite morphology (lamellar or vermicular).
