【摘要】 本文研究了淬火加热温度对5CrNiMo热锤锻模钢的组织、性能和淬透性的影响。结果表明,在以相当中型锻模油淬获得以贝氏体为主的贝氏体和马氏体混合组织的情况下,淬火温度从850℃提高到900℃,强度、冲击韧性、断裂韧性和低能量冲击疲劳抗力均有提高,钢的淬透性显著增大,淬火温度继续提高,冲击韧性和断裂韧性下降,钢的淬透性增加不显著。本文认为,高温淬火主要适用于模膛形状复杂,因淬硬深度不够易塌陷变形的锻模。

【Abstract】 The influence of austenitizing temperature on the structure, property and hardenability of hot drop-forging 5CrNiMo die steel was investigated. The results indicated that, in the condition that complex constituents of Bainite and Martensite (mainly Bainite)was obtained at oil quenching in as middle size as block, when austenitizing temperature is raised from 850℃ to 950℃ the strength, impact toughness, fracture toughness and impact fatigue cracking resistance at low energy are increased and the hardening depth is markedly increased, when austenitizing temperture is further raised the impact toughness and fracture toughness are decreased and hardening depth is not notably increased. It is suggested that high-temperature austenitizing treatment will mainly be suitable for the situation that die cavity shape is complicated or the plastic deformation occurs easily die because of low hardening depth.
