GCr15钢油嘴高浓度碳氮共渗
Hiigh Concentration Carbonitriding of Oil
【摘要】 本文研究了高浓度C—N共渗提高GCr15钢制喷油嘴的使用寿命。结果表明,与现行“淬火+冷处理+低温回火+时效”工艺相比,抗回火性和耐磨性都得到大大提高;冲击韧性有所降低;采用高浓度C—N共渗+直接淬火+250°C回火,可取消冷处理。按此工艺处理的油嘴,装机跑车试验,比现行工艺处理的提高寿命一倍。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with increasing of the service life of oil injection nozzle of GCr15 steel by the high concentration carbonitriding. The result shows that this technigue has many advantages over the original treatment (guenching-subcero treatment-tempering-ageing), such as temper resistance wear-resistance, are all improved greatly. But the impact ductility is lower. By carbonitriding-direct guenching-tempering of the 250℃, the suzebro treatment can be cancelled. The service life of oil nozzle treated in this way is twice as long as one in original way
