职业接触甲醛工人外周血淋巴细胞SCE频率的观察
THE STUDY ON SISTER CHROMATID EXCHANGE IN LYMPHOCYTES OF WORKERS EXPOSED TO FORMALDEHYDE
【摘要】 本文选择上海溶剂厂长期接触甲醛的原料车间工人和不接触甲醛的行政教育部门职工各10名,作外周血淋巴细胞的姐妹染色单体互换率(SCE)和细胞动力学的比较分析。两组受试者的三个细胞周期(M1、M2、M3)的百分率分别为49.0±4.6、37.5±4.4、15.3±3.0和36.1±7.1、39.9±4.6、24.0±4.8;其中M1和M3在两组受试者的分析中有统计学意义(P<0.001);两组受试者的SCE分别为0.136±0.028和0.117±0.023,经统计学处理无显著差异(P>0.05)。本文就整体条件下甲醛的致癌可能性作初步探讨。
【Abstract】 The frequency of sister chromatid exchange (SCE)in peripheral lymphocytes was studied in 10 workers of formaldehyde workshop with 10 office workers as controls. The percentages of 3 mitosis cycles (M1, M2, M3) in the two groups were 49.0±4.6, 37.5±4.4, 15.3±3.0 and 36.1±7.1, 39.9±4.6, 24.0±4.8 respectively, showing that there was prolongation of M1 cycle. The SCE frequencies were found to be 0.136±0.028 and 0.117±0.023 in workshop and control groups respectively, the difference was not significant (p>0.05).This preliminary study indicated that occupational contact of formaldehyde might prolong cell mitosis cycle M1, but the SCE frequency of workshop workers did not show increased tendency of carcinogenesis.
