【Abstract】 To determine the relationship between arrhythemias and coronary diseases, 42 patients over 50 years old with ventricular arrhythmias or atrial fibrillation underwent coronary arteriography. In 29 patients with atypical chest pain, significant coronary artery stenosis was found in only one patient. In contrast, in the remaining 13 patients with stable or unstable angina pectoris, 5 had single vessel snd 6 had multivessesl disease, There was no significant difference in hemodynamics and left ventricular function between the two groups. The study suggests that the incidence of coronary artery disease in patients with arrthymias depends on the presence or absence of anginal symptoms.更多还原
