【Abstract】 The use of flurospectrometry to determine vitamin A in human serum is shown to be sensitive, accurate and needs a lesser amount of sample. It is suitable for nutritional surveys of large populations. This method favorably with the trifluoro-acetic acid oolorimetric method with a significant correlation coefficient.Experimental conditions of this method, its accuracy, sensitivity and recovery are discussed. Moreover, vitamin A contents in sera of 180 healthy adults in Shanghai has also been determined by this method.更多还原
