【摘要】 本文对灯盏花(云南产)进行了生药鉴定研究,包括生药性状及叶与花的表面显微特征等。为了扩大药源,观察了灯盏花及其两种近缘植物一年蓬和小飞蓬(上海野生)总黄酮的水溶性部位对离体猪冠状动脉的影响,结果三者均能程度不同地舒张离体猪冠状动脉的收缩状态,提示后两种植物值得进一步研究与利用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Chinese drug"DENG ZHAN HUA"(Herba Erigerontis) specified in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 1977 edition is the dried herb of Erigeron breviscapus (Vant.) Hand.-Mazz. (EB), family Compositae. The herb and its preparation have been reported to be effective in treating paralysis.In this paper, the morphological and histological characters of the leaves and flowers of the crude drug are described with illustrations.Results of pharmacological investigations show that the water-soluble fractions of the flavonoids extracted from the dried herbs of EB, and two relative species, E. annuus (L.) Pers. (EA) and Conyza canadensis (L.) Oronq. (E. canadensis L.) (CO) could dilate the isolated pig coronary arteries very signifioantly. Therefore, EA and CO are worthy of further study and utilization.更多还原
