抗赤霉病小麦基因库群体的抗性分析

【摘要】 利用显性雄性核不育基因Tal创建成抗赤霉病基因库,为小麦抗赤霉病育种开辟了一条新的有效途径。作者在基因库第一轮选群体内,对分离单株所作的抗赤霉病性(以下简称抗赤性)分析表明: 1.基因库初始群体的抗性,可育株平均达中抗(MR)级水平,不育株平均达到中感(MS)级水平。 2.在轮回群体中,通过选择,群体总体的抗性水平可以增益。 3.对分离单株的植物学变种分类结果发现,红壳类型小麦抗赤性状较好,抗赤单株出现的频率较高,而白壳类型的抗性相对偏低。 4.在本基因库的遗传背景下,株高与抗性有密切联系。具有良好抗性个体的植株往往偏高。

【Abstract】 Establishing wheat gene pool by using the dominant male-sterile gene Ta 1 opened a new effective way for breeding scab-resistant wheat. In our experiment, the first circle of recurrent selection of wheat gene pool has been accomplished. The main results of this study are as follows: 1. In the initial population of gene pool, the scab-resistance level was moderately susceptible (MS) for the male-sterile plants and moderately resistant (MR) for the male-fertile plants. 2. In the recurrent population, the resistance level and occurrence rate of scab-resistant plants could be improved by artificial selection. 3. The classification of botanic variants in the recurrent population showed that the red-shell plants were much better than the white-shell plant in regard to the scab-resistance level and the frequency of scab-resistant plants. 4. Under the genetic background of gene pool, plant height had a close relation to scab-resistance. The plants having good disease resistance tended to be high.
